The ZPot is equipped with highest standard in safety systems that have been tested and approved in the US by UL laboratories. The automatic locking handle will securely lock the lid into place when closed. Intuitive pressure regulator knob with a HIGH (15psi) "Pressure" position that cooks foods up to 70% faster, a "Release" position that automatically releases pressure after cooking and a "Clean" position to remove the knob for cleaning. Includes a quick guide, user's manual and recipe book with over 50 recipes. Pressure Canning: The unit will maintain a single pressure level of 15psi and does not work in combination with pressure gauges. Fits up to Three (3) 1Qt Mason Jars or up to Four (4) Pint Mason Jars (jars, canning rack or other canning accessories not included). The pot can be used for Water Bath Canning too.
